摘要: Abstract This study utilised a national dataset collected from women living with HIV/AIDS in Uganda to understand the Food and Nutrition Security (FNS) status among their households. Descriptive analytical methods were employed characterise households relation selected domains of FNS- access utilization. Overall, results indicate that majority (69.3%) sample had normal BMI which could imply good food utilization thus FNS and; 22.1% above range, they overweight. However, this may not be entirely true as one have but “hidden hunger” relates micronutrient deficiencies. Given under especially those on antiretroviral drugs side effects weight gain experience misconceived “good nutrition”. Female headed reported more vulnerable given registered low dietary higher shares expenditure incomes. Similarly, central western regions better physical poor economic while reverse was for Northern region. Ironically, urban insecurity share expenditure.
