摘要: Acacias are invasive Fabaceae species that highly competitive and a serious threat to local biodiversity natural habitats. Taking into account their high availability low cost, valorization approach for acacia shrubs may be composting produce horticultural organic amendments substrate components. With this aim, two big piles (100 m3) were set up with grinded screened Acacia longifolia melanoxylon shrubs, managed different turning frequency, analyze the physicochemical characteristics during model breakdown of matter (OM). Time-temperature conditions in both exceeded more stringent criteria complete pathogen inactivation as temperatures between 65°C 75°C several months, indicating amount biodegradable OM material, found here by mineralizable (640-690 g kg-1 initial OM). High temperature pH promoted significant N losses (455-465 N). Nevertheless, these smaller compared C so C/N ratio decreased from 50 29-32 after 231 days composting. This study indicates can content, electrical conductivity ( days) is required achieve full compost maturation.
