摘要: Graphene nanosheets were directly electrodeposited onto a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) from the electrolyte solution containing graphene oxide (GO); resulting (ED-GO/GCE) was characterized with scanning electron microscopy. A simple and rapid electrochemical method developed for determination of theophylline (TP), based on excellent properties ED-GO film. The result indicated that film-modified GCE exhibited efficient electrocatalytic oxidation TP relatively high sensitivity stability. behavior at ED-GO/GCE investigated in detail. Under optimized conditions, peak current proportional to concentration range 8.0 × 10−7 6.0 10−5 mol L−1 detection limit 1.0 (S/N = 3). proposed successfully applied green tea samples satisfactory results.
