摘要: An oil-bearing biological material such as soybeans is subjected to microwave energy in the presence of an organic extractant. The oil will be expressed into extractant, leaving soybean meal. moisture content soybeans, pressure level solvent, and density all can preselected a single unit process produce meal product having protein dispersibility index value within preferred range.
