摘要: At the present time therapeutic status of cortisone and pituitary adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) is being evaluated by scientific studies in many institutions. The following report a brief summary skin complications observed patients treated with ACTH at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. 1 REPORT OF CASES Case 1.— S. L., 17 year old girl, was admitted to Hospital chief complaints polyarthritis, intermittent "sore throat," fever cervical adenopathy one month's duration. patient also had facial erythema butterfly distribution for year. Laboratory findings included anemia, increased sedimentation rate, reversal albuminglobulin ratio, hematuria albuminuria. Lupus erythematosus cells were demonstrated peripheral blood bone marrow. On basis these findings, diagnosis acute disseminated lupus made. prescribed patient, an initial dose 100 mg. This
