摘要: Abstract Sepiolite is a clay mineral (Si12Mg8O30(OH)4(OH2)4) which due to its fibrous structure has considerable absorbent and adsorbent properties making of it an ideal material for supporting different products, such as toxines, oil, biocides, etc. In this work, the influence sepiolite on carbonation process lime mortars with sand 3 1 ratio, also physical, chemical, mechanical rheological well microstructural characteristics same been studied. It proved that slows down rate in these capacity water adsorption without affecting behaviour mortars. However, observed affects development composite. The established by mathematical equation correlates viscosity content mortar. This can determine, ( + ) ratios, optimum amount could be added mortar achieving best plasticity.
