摘要: Esophageal and gastric pH monitoring endoscopic examination of the esophagus were performed in patients after surgery. The duration time frequency gastroesophageal reflux studied using an ambulatory 24-h system. subjects consisted 43 with distal gastrectomy, 3 proximal 19 total 9 esophagitis without previous surgery, 53 preoperative patients. measured 5 cm above or 10 below esophagogastric junction (EGJ). duration, ratio acid (pH 7.4) reflux, alkaline clearance time, mean median measured. From pattern esophageal curve, divided into four groups: normal, mixed type. In who received longer than There a few showed small changes spite esophagitis; these was considered to be due pancreatic enzymes.
