摘要: Poor prognosis in lung cancer has been proved to be associated with the presence of stem cells (LCSCs). Similar bulk and always existing interior a solid tumor, there are also insurmountable barriers for elimination CSCs. To overcome these drawbacks, versatile polyion complex was rationally designed, which can respond tumor microenvironment exhibits size-variable property, allows it possess remarkable penetration capability accumulate around LCSCs. Protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7) antibody mediated active targetability facilitate cellular uptake triphenylphosphine-docetaxel (TD) microRNA-31(miR-31) breakage disulfide bond enhance intracellular drug release. TD possesses favorable apoptosis-inducing effect via mitochondria pathway, while miR-31 could significantly regulate MET-PI3K-Akt signaling pathway exert eliminate APSP/HA might support new insights into LCSC eradiation management.
