摘要: A previous study by Yeh and Axford of the reconnection magnetic field lines in an incompressible fluid is extended to a compressible fluid. From hydromagnetic flows similarity form, it found that expansion takes place before compression after reconnection. The pressure gradient radial direction causes bend into separatrices incoming flows. kinks on reconnected propagate out as slow-mode shocks outgoing In phase merging energy piled up around separatrices, then converted from kinetic thermal.
