摘要: Abstract Objective To investigate the correlation of polymorphism MMP-1 promoter (−1607 1G/2G) with susceptibility to anterior disc displacement (ADD) and temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJ OA). Methods A total 185 healthy individuals (group A), 141 unilateral ADDWR patients B), 321 ADDWOR C) were included in investigation. Group C 115 without TMJ OA (named group C-1) 206 C-2). The genotyping this single nucleotide was evaluated by high resolution melting assay. Pairwise comparison between distributions genotypes alleles these groups conducted a multivariate logistic regression model adjusted on basis possible covariates. Results significant difference 2G2G genotype frequency found among different three sets comparisons ( P C-A C1-B = 0.049; C2-B = 0.018). carriers or considerably higher than that other (OR = 2.455; OR = 1.849; = 1.912). 1G2G also observed two = 0.041). = 2.641; = 1.896). Conclusion −1607 1G/2G may be related OA.
