摘要: A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of R- and S-enantiomers ibuprofen. The enantiomers internal standard 4-pentylphenylacetic acid are extracted from plasma, separated quantified on a Chiral-AGP column using ultraviolet detection. simplicity, sensitivity precision makes it convenient use in pharmacokinetic studies.
