摘要: Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a chronic psychiatric characterised by obsessions and/or compulsions. Genetic research into obsessive-compulsive significantly limited the difficulty in clearly defining disease. There are only few good studies and populations investigated small. Family twin have provided evidence for genetic component disorders. Segregation analyses suggest Mendelian inheritance of dominant allele. In addition to one gene with major effect, genes smaller effects also play role.
