摘要: Chatter is one of the unwanted noise and vibration phenomenon which are generated during wiper operation. It a low frequency self-excited that often before after reverses its direction. This leads to poor visibility annoying sound driver passengers. Therefore, this paper aimed propose technique can be apply tackle problem.
