摘要: The assessment of neurochemical and neurophysio-logic variables by emission tomography can be based on two strategies in relation to the goal achieved. A first approach is aimed at basic related brain functional activity energy metabolism, such as blood flow, rates glucose oxygen incorporation amino acids into proteins. second measurement neurotransmitter synthesis reuptake, receptor density, enzyme activity, function chemically heterogeneous neuronal populations that compose central nervous system. approaches are complementary used for regional derangements cerebral metabolism chemical transmission.
