摘要: Antitumor activity of the polysaccharide prepaation from marine Vibrio sp. and its effects on immune responses were studied by using mice. activities material examined agained against P 388 leukemia Sarcoma-180 solid tumor cells. The saccharide showed a weak antitumor both tumors. In test lymphocyte responsiveness to phytohemagglutinin (PHA), sample reduced immunological response PHA. cellular rsponses measured delayed hypersensitivity reaction sheep red blood cells footpad assay. preparation suppressed production antibody erythrocytes in mice at high doses. appearance forming after injection cell antigen was plaque technique. number without treatment this is about 1×104 per spleen, which increased 5×104 materia.
