摘要: Abstract Chemical equilibria between hydroxyl, sodium ions, and oleic acid in aqueous emulsions containing 10−3 or 10−2 kmole/m3 fatty acid, 10−3, 10−2, 10−1 NaCl the range pH 5.5–8.7 were investigated. Spectrophotometric analysis revealed that colloidal oil phase consists of (HOl) oleate (NaOl) dissolved acid. Measurements solutions before after equilibration with allowed estimation equilibrium constant for reaction: HOl + Na+ = NaOl H+. This K (H ) (Na · X is equal to 10−6.38±0.09 at a 95% confidence level, where ( denotes activity solution mole fraction phase. From same measurement data, solubility product present was calculated as 12.2 ± 0.2 5.92, respectively.
