摘要: The unpredictability and the seriousness of potential earthquake consequences for people residential buildings in Serbia imply need improving resilience local communities. paper presents results a quantitative research regarding level factors influence on awareness citizens about seismic resistance their to consequences. Multiple-point random sampling was used survey 1,018 (face face) during 2017 8 communities: Kraljevo, Lazarevac, Jagodina, Mionica, Prijepolje, Vranje, Lapovo Kopaonik. questionnaire consisted two segments: questions demographic, socio-economic psychological characteristics respondents show that 35% state they live are not resistant earthquakes, while 70.7% built reinforced concrete, which considered safe. Beside 9.2% examined facilities Inferential statistical analyses men greater extent than women Starting from multidimensionality citizen vulnerability it is necessary conduct additional studies further elucidate sociological dimension resilience.
