摘要: Mock jurors (N = 224) read a trial summary varying the consistency of eyewitness's initial lineup identification (ID) decision and confidence. In all conditions, second positive ID suspect/defendant was made. Jurors perceived witness's description criminal, IDs, testimony overall as more reliable when witness initially made suspect who also defendant vs. different or non-ID.
