摘要: OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to determine the sensitivity and specificity 18F-FDG PET, CT, combined PET/CT in detection splenic involvement at initial staging lymphoma.MATERIALS AND METHODS. A retrospective longitudinal analysis performed on records 111 patients with proven lymphoma who had undergone PET CT before after treatment. scans were evaluated independently by two radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians. Abnormal findings defined as low-attenuation nodules or a index greater than 725 cm3 (> 2 SDs above mean 100 controls). An abnormal finding uptake hepatic uptake.
