摘要: Incremental sheet forming (ISF) is a highly flexible process, but it suffers from poor geometric accuracy. This paper presents feedback control strategy using model predictive (MPC) to obtain improved accuracy in ISF. Based on the incremental deformation mechanism of ISF, novel for shape state prediction has been proposed. The step depth toolpath was optimised based during process. Two different cases were studied experimental validation developed strategy. Comparisons between formed parts both controlled and uncontrolled ISF processes implemented terms cross-sectional profiles, at bottom area global deviation distribution. Results show that with greatly compared standard approach without control. Improved achieved wall as well.
