摘要: Previously, we reported that inhibition of gastric emptying by glucose or acids depends on the length gut exposed to inhibitor [Gastroenterology 95: A877, 1988; Am. J. Physiol. 256 (Gastrointest. Liver 19): G404-G411, 1989]. In this study, hypothesized feedback control fat may be similarly regulated. dogs with chronic intestinal fistulas, compared intensity when different lengths small intestine were meals 3, 9, 27 mM sodium oleate. We found 1) liquid was dose dependent, 2) negative dependent both concentration oleate and fat, 3) full inhibitory effect achieved exposure 150 cm gut, 4) from distal one-half less potent than generated proximal 5) a molar basis 20 times as effective at difference related slower rate absorption.
