摘要: The role of emotions in the causation and course acne is controversial. literature replete with extreme viewpoints. Substantive knowledge lacking. We wish to make it clear that not a psychosomatic disease. Referring patients psychiatrists generally futile. On other hand, can sensibly be regarded as somatopsychic disorder which clinical expressions disease generate secondary psychological disturbances. Acne frequently worsens when emotional stress superimposed. Anxiety deeply colors greatly aggravate its expression contribute resistance therapy. Accordingly, one has treat whole person well lesions. Depressive episodes speak for seriousness this pestilential disorder.
