摘要: Six cases representing different stages of cataract formation secondary to eye trauma were subjected quantitative microradiographic or electron microscopic examination. Anterior and posterior subcapsular cataracts found contain extensively swollen lens fibers in the cortex. Microradiographic measurements revealed a reduced concentration dry mass cortex around whole circumference lens. The inner nucleus appeared normal both microradiographically electron-microscopically. Two examined had an opaque-cataract membrane one Soemmerring's ring. opaque membranes consisted irregular masse degenerated fiber material as well regenerated epithelial cells. A wide range was that studied microradiographically. Alterations morphology are more than sufficient explain development opacification traumatic cataract.
