摘要: One of the major problems in signal comparison chromatographic data is variability response caused by instrumental drifts and others instabilities. Measures quality control evaluation conformity are inherently sensitive to shift. It essential be able compare test samples reference an evolutionary analytical environment offsetting inevitable drift. Therefore, prior any multivariate analysis, alignment signals a compulsory preprocessing step. During recent years, many researchers have taken greater interest study alignment. The present paper updated review on algorithms, methods, improvements used chromatography. dedicated one-dimensional signals. Several exposed methods common theoretical bases can differ through their optimization methods. main issue for operator choose appropriate method according type processed.
