摘要: The lipids from normal beagle dog lungs, pulmonary surfactant, and exfoliated lining cells were quantitated by established procedures. surfactant obtained endobronchial saline lavage. Phospholipids accounted for more than 70% of the cell lipids: phosphatidyl choline was predominant phosphatide. Phosphatidyl glycerol is present in (10% phospholipid-P), (7% phospholipid-P) lung tissue (3% phospholipid-P). Cholesterol its esters 60% neutral lipid fractions. Alkyl alk-1-enyl ethers phospholipids all samples.
