摘要: In this article, a new equivalent thermal network (ETN) model for surface-mounted permanent magnet machines is proposed by applying mesh-based method with bidirectional coupled winding solution. The key to couple the temperature distributions meshes in stator dynamically. First, meshing and combined lumped parameter obtain instead of average temperature. mesh elements have identical shapes unified conductivity, which can greatly enhance modeling flexibility efficiency. Second, slot established 2-D analytical solution under segmented boundaries gradient. Then, nodes integrated ETN accurately predict including maximum position offset. Finally, effectiveness verified comparison finite-element analysis experimental results.
