摘要: The syntheses are described of two types linker molecule useful for the specific attachment non-radioactive labels such as biotin and fluorophores to 5' terminus synthetic oligodeoxyribonucleotides. linkers designed that they can be coupled oligonucleotide a final step in solid-phase synthesis using commercial DNA machines. Increased sensitivity detection was possible an anti-biotin hybridoma/peroxidase system.
