摘要: Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE, or e-waste) is defined by the Organization for Economic Co-operation Development (OECD) as “any appliance using an electric power supply that has reached its end of life”. The main services a comprehensive e-waste management system to deliver in order ensure sustainability are (1) collection e-waste; (2) recovery valuables, such secondary raw materials; (3) segregation safe disposal hazardous waste. This chapter presents approaches manage WEEE different parts world. In contrast traditional waste approaches, evolved under two new paradigms: closed loop economy extended producer responsibility, especially OECD countries. recent years, regulations have also been established range developing
