摘要: SUMMARY. Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) was used to expose chicken peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs), red cells (RBCs), heterophils, and tumor (MSB-1 HD-11 cells). Incubation of PBLs with MG for 3 hr resulted in extensive clumping lymphocytes. the MSB-1 also caused cells, many showing perforations others capping surface projections. RBCs an altered cell morphology, a decrease size, perforation. There were no discernible changes on heterophils cells. However, appeared have decreased ability attach plastic respond chemoattractant fMLP after 24 incubation. These results suggest that, under conditions used, certain damage significant chemotactic response
