摘要: Karyotypes of two cryptic species parasitoid Hymenoptera with n = 5 and 6 belonging to the Lariophagus distinguendus (Forster, 1841) complex, which includes cosmopolitan parasitoids coleopteran stored-product pests, were studied using glass-needle based microdissection, reverse cross-species fluorescence in situ hybridisation (FISH). This experiment strongly indicates that largest metacentric chromosome karyotype originated from a particular fusion between only acrocentric smaller set 6, therefore confirming our previous hypothesis on karyotypic analysis morphometrics. study represents first successful application both microdissection whole painting for reconstruction rearrangements closely related parasitoids, as well order general.
