摘要: In order to assess the potential role of endogenous cytokinins in germination Zea mays L. caryopses, cytokinin activity was determined mature kernels and 1, 2, 3 d after imbibition. Cytokinin also recorded endosperm embryo tissue imbibition establish localization changes levels during early germination. Using chromatographic, chemical, enzymic techniques, compounds with chromatographic properties resembling those zeatin, zeatin riboside, glucoside, riboside their respective dihydro derivatives were detected extracts from maize kernels. From analyses at two stages, it appears that glucosides present are transported embryonic axis for utilization growth development seedling. This concept is supported by fact /? glucosidase highest embryos, particularly radicles,
