摘要: The term "chemical proteomics" refers to a research area at the interface of chemistry, biochemistry, and cell biology that focuses on studying mechanism action bioactive small molecule compounds, which comprises mapping their target proteins impact protein expression posttranslational modifications in cells or tissues interest proteome-wide level. For this purpose, large arsenal approaches has emerged recent years, many employing quantitative mass spectrometry. This review briefly summarizes major experiment types employed current chemical proteomics research.
