摘要: A new, simple and fast flow injection analysis (FIA) method has been developed for the indirect determination of nitrite. The proposed automatic is based on oxidation nitrite to nitrate using a lead(IV) dioxide oxidant microcolumn where sample through reduces PbO 2 solid phase reagent Pb(II), which measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. absorbance Pb(II) are proportional concentration in samples. calibration curve was linear up 30 mg L -1 , with detection limit 0.11 400 μL injected volume sampling rate about 80 h . results exhibit no interference from presence large amounts ions. procedure found be suitable foodstuffs wastewaters. relative standard deviation better than 0.9% obtained repeatability study. reliability established parallel against method.
