摘要: "Reflex sympathetic dystrophy" and "causalgia" are now classified by the International Association for Study of Pain as Complex Regional Syndromes I II. Sympathetically maintained pain is a frequent but variable component these syndromes, somatosensory pathways no longer functionally distinct. cardinal feature CRPS, constellation symptoms signs may also include sensory changes, autonomic dysfunction, trophic motor impairment psychological changes. Diagnosis based on clinical picture, with additional information regarding presence sympathetically or dysfunction being provided carefully performed interpreted supplemental tests. Clinical experience supports early intervention sympatholytic procedures (pharmacological nerve block techniques), further scientific data required to confirm appropriate timing relative efficacy different procedures. Patients recurrent refractory best managed in multi-disciplinary clinic more invasive intensive treatment will be minimize ongoing disability.
