摘要: . The growth kinetics of 9L (rat glioblastoma cell line) and U118 (human multicellular tumour spheroids (MTS) have been investigated by non-linear least square fitting individual curves with the Gompertz equation power spectrum analysis residuals. Residuals were not randomly distributed around calculated trajectories. At one main frequency was found for all analysed MTS curves, demonstrating existence time-dependent periodic fluctuations volume dimensions.
