摘要: Background: Determining hepatitis C genotypes is important to detect the various aspects of this infection, including its epidemiology, pathogenesis and response anti-viral treatments. The aim study was investigate prevalence in patients admitted Infectious Diseases Clinic Khorramabad. Methods: Out all Disease Khorramabad a four-year period (April 2009 March 2013), 120 who met inclusion criteria were evaluated. PCR method used examine serums with terms type genotype. Results: patients, 101 (84.2%) male 19 (15.8%) female. most prevalent 3a (65%), 1a (24.2%), 1a/1b (5%), 2 (1.7%), respectively. 5 (4.2%) could not be determined.
