摘要: Beside Ziegler-Natta and Phillips catalysts the development of methylaluminoxane (MAO) as cocatalyst in combination with metallocenes or other transition metal complexes for polymerization olefins has widely increased possibilities controlling polymer composition, structure, tacticity special properties high precision. These allow synthesis isotactic, isoblock, syndiotactic, stereoblockor atactic polymers, well polyolefin composite materials superior such film clarity, tensile strength lower content extractables. Metallocene single site are able to copolymerize ethene propene short long chained a-olefins, cyclic olefins, polar vinyl monomers ethers, alcohols esters, especially, if protected by aluminum alkyls. Different ethers vinyl-ethyl ether, vinyl-propyl vinyl-hexyl 2,7-octadienyl methyl ether (MODE) were copolymerized using triisobutyl protecting agents. Polar could be incorporated into chain up 16 mol%. Such copolymers show better gas barrier surface properties, solvent resistance they suitable blends polyolefins polyethers polymers because an excellent adhesion two polymers.
