摘要: Agricultural crop plants may come into contact with cyanobacterial toxins via spray irrigation water contaminated cyanobacteria/cyanobacterial toxins. Many of the bloom forming cyanobacteria are known to produce amongst those group microcystins, cyclic heptapeptides best once. In this study germination Zea mays under exposure different microcystins and cell free crude extract containing microcystin-LR was investigated. The concentration used for all in 5.0 μg L -1 which is well environmental range. inhibition shown as root shoot length by toxin exposure. As a sign generation oxidative stress promoted taken up, guajacol peroxidase measured showing most exposures an elevation activity. This showed that there potential concern reduction yield also human health if agriculturally important were exposed irrigation.
