摘要: Abstract In this study, two activated carbons were prepared from loofa, loofa carbon-1 (LC1) and carbon-2 (LC2). The surface structure of LC1 LC2 analyzed by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). ability to remove reactive orange (RO) dye aqueous solutions adsorption has been studied. A series experiments conducted assess the effect system variables such as initial pH, metal ion concentration temperature. results showed that was maximal at lowest value pH (pH =1) most suitable sorption temperature 25°C with maximum capacities 38.3 50 mg/g for respectively.
