摘要: The nuclear DNA content of 15 hepatoblastoma cases was determined in paraffin-embedded tissues by flow cytometry. index (DI) calculated, and the ploidy pattern estimated. correlation between clinicopathologic findings studied, prognostic significance investigated. An aneuploid seen 50% lesions with histologic embryonal anaplastic types. It not fetal type. In tumors combined epithelial components, fetal-type component had a diploid all five cases. embryonal-type associated aneuploidy two tumors, vascular invasion (tumor emboli vessels) observed more frequently. prognosis patients an tumor significantly poorer. These results indicate that analysis might be useful investigating hepatoblastoma.
