摘要: Type 1 diabetes mellitus is an autoimmune disease in which the pancreas unable to respond secretagogue stimulation with appropriate insulin secretion. Hyperglycemia develops when more than 70-90% of insulin-producing beta cells are destroyed. An destructive process, plays a central role development type mellitus, facilitated by subject’s own genetic susceptibility and non-genetic factors. Non-genetic factors include viral infections, toxic chemicals, others. Vitamin D deficiency factor that appears be associated increased risk developing mellitus. complications classified into acute chronic. The life-threatening conditions like severe hypoglycemia or diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Chronic can divided microvascular (retinopathy, neuropathy nephropathy) macrovascular (cardiovascular, cerebrovascular peripheral vascular disease). Severe lead renal failure (the most common cause hemodialysis US), blindness lower extremity amputations. Overall, uncontrolled patients over 50 years age reduces life expectancy males females 7.5 8.2 respectively (Franco et al.,2007).
