摘要: Trichoderma koningiopsis and T. gamsii belong to clade Viride of Trichoderma, the largest most diverse group this genus. They produce a wide range bioactive secondary metabolites, including peptaibols with antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral properties. The unusual amino acid residues peptaibols, i.e., α-aminoisobutyric (Aib), isovaline (Iva), C-terminal 1,2-amino alcohol make them unique among peptides. In study, peptaibiomes were investigated by HPLC-ESI-MS. examined strains appeared 19-residue which are unknown from literature, but their sequences similar those trikoningins, tricholongins, trichostrigocins, trichorzianins, trichorzins. A new detected in described here under name “Koningiopsin”. Trikoningin KA V, closest peptaibol compound produced these two strains, was selected for structural investigation short MD simulation, revealed that many show high preference left handed helix formation. bioactivity mixtures tested on agar plates against bacteria, yeasts, filamentous fungi. results characteristic differences bioactivities towards different groups target microorganisms, can be explained cell wall structures.
