摘要: 1. Random distribution of nuclei in the macroconidial populations heterokaryons ofNeurospora crassa has been shown. 2. Randomness is unaffected by either genotype mutants constituting heterokaryon or an increase relative proportions homokaryotic conidia. 3. The estimates nuclear frequency as determined two different statistical methods were very close agreement.
