摘要: Root-knot nematodes (RKNs, Meloidogyne spp.) are damaging pests that can infect thousands of plant species and cause enormous crop losses worldwide. Panax notoginseng is a common host root-knot nematodes. In this study, we surveyed gardens determined the incidence RKNs. Among surveyed, 71 % were infected with RKNs, RKN index ranged from 8 to 47 in three randomly gardens. hapla was identified as pathogenic nematode based on 18S ribosomal RNA analysis by DNA barcoding. The results qualitatively quantitatively confirmed using real-time PCR assay according variations ITS1 ITS2 regions. These indicated combination barcoding reliable precise method for identifying parasitic mixed-infected roots field. addition, abundance displayed similar trend numbers RKNs gardens, which suggests be used determine damage caused M. Our studies show serious notoginseng. We present an integrated detecting mixed field confirm target control contribute improvement further promote sustainable development medicinal plants.
