摘要: Abstract In recent years, there has been a push to increase biofuel production in the United States. The of choice, so far, ethanol produced from corn. effects increased corn-ethanol on consumer prices food and energy continue be studied debated. This study examines, particular, US natural gas prices. A structural model market is developed estimated using two stage least squares. baseline projection for period 2007–2018 determined, scenarios are simulated. first scenario, current policies including EISA mandates, tariffs, tax credits removed. second we hold level required only largely obligatory additive use. results indicate that occurring as result may lead much 0.25% higher, average, than if no were place. similar comparison between scenario indicates could 0.5% same period.
