摘要: The investigation of guinea pig leukocyte antigens has lagged considerably behind the first documented reports mouse (Gorer 1936) and human (Dausset 1958) antigens. Although been used extensively in a wide variety immunological studies, particularly for investigations genetic control immune response its relationship to histocompatibility-linked genes (McDevitt Benacerraf 1969), until recently, relatively little effort invested into serological aspects major histocompatibility system (MHS) this species.
