摘要: To determine the relationship between age and female fecundity, 210 women were studied prospectively. The subjects had negative infertility evaluations receiving therapeutic donor insemination. Life-table analysis was performed on 751 insemination cycles. For comparison, patients divided into five separate groups two groups, ages 19-34 35-45. Monthly fecundity cumulative conception rates calculated for each group. A significant difference found when all compared (P = .05) those at or above 35 below less than .05).
