摘要: Hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) is described as unexplained excessive nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Some gut hormones that regulate appetite may have important role in etiopathogenesis of HG weight changes In this study, levels satiety were evaluated pregnant women with HG. This prospective case–control study was conducted 30 healthy without symptoms Fasting venous blood samples taken from all subjects for measurement plasma hormone levels; obestatin (pg/mL), peptide YY (PYY), pancreatic polypeptide (PP) cholecystokinin (CCK). Plasma PYY PP significantly higher group. The most parameter diagnosis level. Simple use level led to the 91.1 % cases correctly. single prediction also Anorexigenic might hyperemesis
