摘要: This fifth and final report discusses the results of research on outcomes or effects Apeldoorn/Epe Trust Experiment. In this 2-year RCT-experiment (October, 1, 2017 – December, 31, 2019) with three experimental treatments (1. self-reliance exemption obligations, 2. intensive mediation tailored support 3. a control group) different way supporting people in welfare has been applied. The consists product process evaluation. evaluation examines experiomental approach compared to regular treatment not only outflow work but also well-being, health, freedom choice, social participation self-reliance; execution experiment by caseworkers implementing Participation Act. other words, how does supervision go? study shows positive full-time paid work, both when randomised group non-participating groep assistance beneficiaries. But outcome measures, picture came out regression analyses; some our expectations non-work related measures are confirmed others refuted. However, there is good news report. poverty insignificant from policy perspective. Also, scores that give participants ladder show significant increase for majority participants. As result, distance labour market narrowed increased, which was an important objective experiment.
