摘要: This chapter aims at providing a comprehensive, up-to-date review of statistical models proposed for modeling long-term variability in extreme waves and sea states as well alternative approaches from other areas application. A wave climate projections is also included. Efforts have been made to include all relevant important work make this literature survey complete possible, which has resulted rather voluminous list references the end chapter. Notwithstanding, due enormous amount field some works might inevitably omitted. unintended it should be noted that contributions discussion herein exist I not aware. Nevertheless, believed study contains fair such gives good indication state art within may serve basis further research on stochastic states.
